An update to our operations in response to COVID-19

Redline is open for business. Please read our latest operations update during the Coronavirus pandemic as we reintroduce some services and new ways of working with you from Monday 4th May 2020. 

Our Workshop

We will be reintroducing a skeleton team into the workshop from Monday 4th May, following government guidelines and ensuring social distancing at all times. So it’s business as usual if you require any servicing, restoration or mechanical upgrade works for your vehicles.

We will be operating strict drop off and collection policies to ensure the safety of our staff and customers at all times. This will be facilitated in our car parking area and all customers are restricted from entering the workshop under our new Coronavirus protocols. We can provide you with full details of drop off and collection procedures when you make your appointment.

We have also introduced extra cleaning regimes in the workshop to ensure the safety of staff and customers.

Our Showroom

Our sales showroom has always been ‘by appointment only’, and this remains the case. There are restrictions in place however to ensure we adhere to Government guidelines, and we have introduced a number of new ways for you to see our stock of classic cars for sale so you can view and buy in confidence and safety.

On-site appointments are now available for you to view any of our cars outside with our team remaining socially distant, and each car will undergo hygiene steps so both yours and our health isn’t compromised.

Alternatively arrange a live video consultation and we can demonstrate every single aspect of the car to you, much like the personal touch you would normally receive when you view a vehicle inside our showroom.

And during these unprecedented times, for clients placing a deposit, we can transport the vehicle for a personal viewing at your own property. This service is available within a 150 mile radius of our premises and terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.
