The engine was rebuilt to CLB specification by Leonard Reece in 1963, complete overhaul including new pistons, liners, bearings, timing chain, valves, guides and seats; crankshaft assembly balanced – rods/pistons by A.J. Curtis in 1984.
Gearbox was rebuilt by a Moss specialist in 1990 and still changes gear faultlessly to this day.
Like any car of its age the bodywork has been honestly attended to, new sills fabricated & fitted in 1993, chassis in original condition, rewired mid seventies, various chrome work has been re-chromed over the years as well.
